There are things that always hold true, one of which is that I will without a doubt lose track of any goals and ambitions I have if I don't properly keep track of them. I'm about to hit my third 0 in life and definitely need to take better care of my body. I've not done any sort of real, consistent workout for about 3-4 years and I feel pretty bad about the current, very sad, state of what was once labled a strong body.
So let's see if I can keep myself motivated and on track if I just blubber on about my goals and workouts in this small, slightly smelly thread. On the bright side of things: I've been hitting the heavy bag 3 times a week for 2 weeks now and am no longer gasping for air afterwards. Attaboy! I've also had a CT for my back to see how things currently are (Damaged a disc about 10 years ago) and so far everything seems okayish. So today I put on my big boy pants and had a short first workout.
I've decided to start with Phraks Greyskull LP and see how fast I can regain strength after years of competitively sitting on my butt.
Current sad state of things:
Height: 179cm
Weight: 91kg
Motivation: Weak, somewhat soft little thing.
