I actually looked into those. For a nice one it's like $300+, yeah right bro although I don't doubt it looks like it'd feel amazing
i get by from just doing dead hangs and doing a little bounce to elongate/decompress the spine. Get some great feeling cracks and pops and sometimes it feels like all pressure is relieved

I figure, I’m 29, May as well make the best out of the few prime years I have left, best combination of fitness, finances, energy, confidence and looks I’ll ever have.
Im on 1700-1800 calories for the day when a low cut for me is 2200. Have had a great 10 day streak too, not planning on stopping.
Have a business trip tomorrow and I’ll be gone for a few days... and it’s a relatively high demanding job physically, so I’ll do my best to stay on track. Down to 231lbs from 235lbs. A week ago I weighed 224lbs and I gained 11lbs back from straying off my diet. Hopped back on and this time going all the way with it. I want to get down to 170lbs. Got 61lbs to go.
Started lifting again and getting back into the gym as of last week. My transformation will happen because I will train and diet hard and I truly want this for myself.Training Log:

I think it may be over me. Yesterday my back went out while I was just sitting at my desk. Had to hobble like an old man out to my truck after work. Woke up this morning and wasn't any better so I took off work and went straight to the orthopedic urgent care. They took x-rays and an MRI and I go see the spine surgeon at 1230 today. I asked them what is wrong with me and the nurse seemed concerned and said she's never seen anything like my x-rays before. Time to LDAR I guess. I was getting so close to the shreds too. Down to 187 and in the morning you could see my ab outline without any flexing. Probably only needed to lose another 5 to 10 lbs
