Came across someone selling this and got a little chuckle out of how primitive workout equipment use to be. It looks like regular school type chairs for the seats.

I want that carpet.
Reminds me of my HS gym, where you couldn't do lat pulldowns with more than your weight, or it doesn't work. 130 lbs= skinny 7th grader in my case haha. If only we knew about the "put a 45 on your lap" trick.

My college had one of these as the main attraction in the "machines" room in the early 90's. What a piece of junk. The handles for the bench press were so close to the stack you had to worry about the weights hitting your head if you tried to have the handles at a normal location, the leg press was lousy, and the pulldown felt weird. The handles on the dip station were so short you couldn't use a dip belt without the weights clanging into the supporting upright. It took up a huge amount of space and almost no one used it.
