It's about getting a number of sets in on the different heads to help target a whole muscle group.
i.e. I generally do 3 sets of 3-4 exercises for a given group target
Manipulating your hands and wrists relative to the body will yield contractions in different places all throughout the upper body

As a guy that has been doing this for a while, angles help with development as well as the type of stress.
I may be superior at 1 movement but a slight change in angle may make it much harder and may make me super sore the next day.
By doing several variations i am guaranteeing changing stress.There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

that's because we're ashamed of our 14" fatceps
TBH I've not trained my arms in months thanks to the 24 hour chitness 1 hour window fukking with my PPL but even when they let me have a decent workout I'll probably only do one exercise for maybe 4-5 sets of high reps.
I change that exercise every pull day if that counts?
