    It’s kind of like a shelf right across my lower back/top of my butt it’s so annoying. I guess it’s just staying consistent! I have started lifting and I’ve lost like 25kg so just hope it goes as I keep losing!

    It should. Unfortunately, your genes decide exactly when and where you deposit the calories you don’t burn in a day. If you keep losing you should start to see a noticeable difference in about 3 months. Just don’t have unrealistic expectations
