Lately ive been making my own pre workout by making cold brew and mixing creatine, L-citrulline, and beta-alinine in there right measurements. It has been working out pretty good, still trying to find a way to make it taste better. The reason I use cold brew is it has 50%+ more caffeine than regular hot brewed coffee.
Does anyone else do the same? If so what is your mixtrure?
