    Question Mixing pure supplements ingredients with cold-brew?

    Lately ive been making my own pre workout by making cold brew and mixing creatine, L-citrulline, and beta-alinine in there right measurements. It has been working out pretty good, still trying to find a way to make it taste better. The reason I use cold brew is it has 50%+ more caffeine than regular hot brewed coffee.
    Does anyone else do the same? If so what is your mixtrure?

    I do not currently do this but it sounds like a great, delicious idea to me

    Tried it for the first time this morning after ordering some sups, really like it and it just seems less risky than using pre workouts year round
