Exclamation Bad To Combine A Fat Burner With Pre Workout Once A Week?

Was wondering I’m 17 been going to the gym for about a year so I usually workout 4-5 days a week I usually take a fat burner everte two hours before I workout and was wondering if it’s bad to mix with a pre workout since I started to go to the gym every Saturday with my uncle and he takes pre workout was wondering if it’s a bad mix because it would add up to 410mg if caffeine which is a lil over the usual amount people drink but would that have health risk especially even if it’s only once a week?

most if not all supplements are recommended for individuals 18+ years old so its not recommended that you consume either the fat burner or pre workout

I would also add that you should do your own research on what you put in your body. Asking if you should take a supplement because your uncle takes a supplement and then asking if its "safe" to put in your body... tells me you are blindly following marketing. A good option is to understand the purpose of those supplements

a fat burner does not burn fat and im not sure why you want to take a pre workout and a fat burner together since you didnt even state a reason other than the fact that someone else is taking it

You'll probably throw up TBH. You realize that "fat burners" don't actually burn fat right? Due to you being <18 we can't really give you any advice, but I wouldn't recommend anyone try to mix those two products.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

I think just a “don’t do it” suffices for this thread.

Again, "fat burners" don't burn fat. Gaining muscle or losing fat will be based off of your overall nutrition, and not supplements.
