how do you convert uncooked rice macros after cooking it?

can someone please explain this to me I been trying to figure this out forever, on every rice label it only provides uncooked nutrition facts and I don't know how to convert that into cooked, all I want to know is how much grams of carbs are in 1oz of cooked jasmine so I can track it, also any jasmine rice brand recommendations that are easy to track on MyFitnessPal that have cooked oz servings provided.

Cooked Rice Macro = [(Cooked Rice Weight) / (Raw Rice Weight)] * (Raw Rice Macro)

Yeah, no kidding, that's why you get a food scale and weigh it pre and post-cooking....

Weigh the rice dry. Those are your macros to go by (according to the label).

Doesn’t matter what it weighs cooked if you weighed it raw.

What Zykanthos said... and if you want to cook a big batch just divide the cooked rice by your number of servings and it will all average out in the end

So you can take total amount weight and divide by total calories you got from dry product to get calories per 100g?

So again, weigh it all raw. Record the macros. Then weigh it again cooked for portion sizes.

For example, if you weigh it cooked and let’s say it weighs 1000 g, and let’s say you want rice for four days, all you would have to do is portion out 250 g four times.

This is what I do ^

When it cools I weigh/bag it, and toss it in the freezer. I track it as I eat it (naturally) since I already know the weight "cooked". I think you're making this more difficult that it actually is.
