Actually I’m 34, so technically this is not the perfect section to post in. But I felt that this is the suitable section for my current case. I was absent from the gym since the last 3-4 years (but doing some light cardio every now & then).
I went back to the gym (for healthy reasons) to retrieve my muscle mass and to get healthier. Everything went well in the last 2 weeks except for the nerves in my left leg.. it doesn’t seem to function the same although the size & the cuts are still there.
My friend advised me not to panic nor to visit any doctor untill full 4 months of rough training & dieting to see my case clearly and to make sure that the nerve issue is not related to (training stoppage).
I’m not diabetic or anything, and almost retrieving my sixpack back! But the nerves issue feels suck, it’s not painful but very bothering.
Has anyone experienced a similar case when returning to the gym after a long hiatus?

This isn't really something you should seek advice for on an internet forum. If you suspect nerve damage, see a doctor. Working out for 4 more months with this issue is not a good idea - my opinion. Your friend, nor anyone on this forum can tell you what is going on with your leg. Best advice, see a doc.
