Need to settle something
My friend insists that eating Hungry Man frozen dinners will help to get you "swole" because it has 20 grams of protein.
I've tried to tell him that this is nothing more than junk food with empty calories, but he wouldn't let up.
I'd like to know what your opinions are on this.

Maybe if we start telling people their brain is an app, they’ll want to use it.

You can certainly get 'swole' from Hungry Man frozen dinners if you eat enough of them.
High sodium and saturated fat if that's a concern for you, though.
