Just got back from ortho doctor. I have been released!

The only issue that I have is my forearm/wrist supination. That continues to be a sticking point, but it is not debilitating too much. I am somewhat limited in small things, but the doc said that if I was good with it, then he was too. I will still struggle to gain strength and size in my arm for several more months (or longer). But it feels good to be released nonetheless.
