Is this flat enough to work out on?

https://imgur.com/a/UghLF Many high res pics so I don't suggest looking it on mobile.

Here is a a ton of photos of the ground.
The back ground is nasty and the power rack is a POS, please ignore both as they will both eventually be fixed while I work up to big boy weights.

is the ground flat enough that I won't hurt my self working out?

I took a level and did what I could but the bricks them selves were not even.....
I was thinking of concrete but I really don't have the budget for that and wood is almost equally expensive where I live, so if I do that, that would be maybe a year down the road.

If not, could you just put down some stiff stall mats?

I can't find specific stall mats sold to individuals but I did find normal rubber mats in a fairly large size (1cm thick) for under 100$
    Will that help ?

Yes, having rough ground can lead to slipping. Stall mats will at least keep it clean and even.

Even if you do not get stall mats, I should think that you'll be able to make it work. The amount of space needed by your feet when doing a lift is actually fairly small. I should think that you'll be able to position your rack in such a way that you'll have a level and even surface for where you're feet will actually be.

I'd suggest a three-legged bench, if at all possible. It'll eliminate a lot of the wobble you're bound to have with a four-legged bench.
