Anyone have opinions on these products? Animal Flex seems to be a more comprehensive joint product and I am pleased with opti-men so far, however orange triad is cheaper and looks to maybe have some better forms of minerals

I don't think you'll find anyone who disagrees that either approach will suit you just fine. I will say that, as an Animal Rep, Flex is comprehensive and has a long history of happy lifters who have used it. Flex also has won a ton of joint awards here on BB.com and elsewhere, if that matters. Either way, don't sweat it. You'll be fine either way in most cases.
