I remember reading somewhere that powerlifting to win guy realized powerlifting is just a hobby and started going out and partying and enjoying life and left the scene for a while. So he's probably just realizing dedicating your life to powerlifting is stupid.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

It was a job for him too, since he was making money off coaching and maybe his youtube and website. No rpes or macros for me though. I get paid to tell someone else what rpe to hit. And can't go to bed at 8, cuz lifting at national and international meets go till like midnight since it's 1,000 people competing.

What the fuking fuk. How in the hell did Larry Wheels go from 495x2 max effort incline bench to 600x1 in LESS THAN 1 MONTH, while losing body fat. I don't give a damn what drugs he's on, that is fuking ridiculous.

I don't quite understand this whole Instagram thing. Or I guess "social" media thing. I've got several people wanting to follow me on Instagram and I've never posted a thing on my profile. What's up with that?

Could be bots, spam, or people hoping you follow them back and then they unfollow you so their ratio looks better. There's this account, Life Unfiltered Podcast, that has been following me-unfollowing me-following me multiple times the past few weeks. They probably have a bot doing it automatically to try to get me to follow them back.
Social media is 100% worth it if you have a business. You can do a lot of networking and free advertising that way. And then there's also the option of paying for advertising and it's fairly cheap. Other than that, then it's just worth it for the doggos and memes.1372 @ 205

Alan was supposed to speak at a conference here at my school in a couple weeks with Contreras and Schoenfeld but was obviously removed from the lineup following these events.
I was really looking forward to hearing him speak/going out with them after. I had heard that he likes to party lol.B. Kinesiology
