We had one of those in my high school weight room and I couldn't stand the thing. Never felt completely stable up top and the rolling pads limited the difficulty quite a bit since it was a balancing act to get your kneecaps anywhere near the top of the pad without wiping out.
On a side note are we allowed to post our own Craigslist sales on here? I'm offering up a lot of gear and figure it could use some more publicity.IG: @toadkillerdog

That ad is suspiciously similar to other ads that have run showing the same map location. The old ads ran for a long time, too. I never got a response from the older ads. It is a very rural area, but not that far from civilization.
I've never understood how scammers on CL work. Do they just collect phone numbers or what?O─O York Barbell Crew #53 O─O

My goal is to have so much equipment that I don't have room to workout. I am almost there. :)

I'm making due with my Powertec for now, but the range of motion sucks and I hate loading/unloading plates. Tip for all the newbz, ALWAYS keep your spare parts because you never know if they might come in handy. Made these wood blocks for my Powerblocks, and the flat pad was from an old Hammer Strength bench. My ghetto low row...

That is actually pretty neat. I'm thinking of making something similar for my Powertec, but raise the seat like 6-inches or so off the floor (maybe with a slight slant towards the pulley). Do you think that would help with the range of motion? I don't mind loading plates.... not loading that many plates for it to bother me yet

Maybe, I might add something to the pad to bring it up a few inches. You can use the bench in a decline setting, but I like the mid-row feel better than pulling from a low row position. BTW, here is one for the new guys asking about good starter benches, good example of what to look for. Excellent find, after a nice paint job I'm sure this would make someone VERY happy.

I don't know much about Ivanko plates but are these worth $2/lb? Guy has listed them price firm like 5 dozen times over the past 6 months or so.

I was able to pick up my revolvers for .80/lb,
And I recall a huge lot of revolvers in the Boston area selling at a rate of .90/lb back in December (Page 16 of this thread)
So my call is that $2.00/lb is a bit high, but I'm not an expert by any means
EDIT - basically what has been said by others above.[]---[] Equipment Crew #78 []---[]
