So you started a thread to only respond to people that you agree with - says alot about you brah...you did something wrong and are pretending you did it for the right reasons.
You said she asked you a straight up question and you didn't want to lie well, what if she said 'have you ever masturbated thinking about me?" would you have given her an answer then?

Yeah OP was a little bit of a bitch but everyone's in here talking about "bro code" like OP is in high school or still in frat boy mode.
OP is 10 YEARS OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL! These guys are near 30. Should be thinking about starting your own business, buying a house, having kids... not this BS
OP your friend is scumbag and no doubt a loser. Get some new friends.

I find it a little much to go through and individually respond to 25 posts calling me a ******* and jealous.
That being said I now wish I would have used that one guys advice "You need to take this up with him and leave me out of it". That would have been the best outcome. I wasn't mad at the guy when any of this went down either.6'5 220

This is why I avoid having "close" friends, we can hang out and sht but none of my good friends will ever know about my "personal-personal" life.
*******s like OP clearly were born with a vagina or you didn't have a proper father to teach you right.
Your father failed at teaching you that Bros are always before hoes.Sig line can't be a novel

- Doesn't want to lie
- Knows where friend is with other female
- "Hey OP so where is he?"
- "Don't know. LOL!"
Fukc out of here with your noble intentions. You're a bitch and a liar. Just can't commit to fully recognising your own *******ry. Gave yourself an out so you don't feel like a complete traitor. "Well I didn't rat him out completely...."
You're two faced as fukc. Pick a side. Biggest lie in here is when you called him your best friend.

You got caught off guard, it happens.
A lot of the dudes in here getting mad at you are non quality guys themselves so it's no wonder they condone cheating and leading people on, being a general piece of ****. That's standard misc for you though.
Definitely the best option would have been the "take it up with him" response. She would have gotten the hint.
Sounds like your "friend" is a complete d-bag though.

I would have stopped her 5 seconds in and said I wasn't getting involved. It's a stupid situation but she is a **** for putting you in the middle of it. Also your friend knew the job was dangerous when he took it. He is the one playing around with multiple girls, that's how **** goes.
Uncontrollable behavior with some psychopathic tendencies

OP's angus is getting destroyed ITT
I agree with the people here, should have just said that it was none of your business and that she should deal with that drama with him, not a 3rd party
That way you would have let your friend know and THEN tell him you don't like to lie etc...
It's over boyoPureblood

- High set of standards
- Hangs out with morally questionable people
- Considers them his best friends
- But I'm better than them
Just annoyed at your hypocrisy and pride. If he's such a piece of shiet why is he your best friend? I hope you can see your high horse bullshiet. Don't give a fukc about that girl drama BS. He trusted you as his friend and you threw him under the bus.

you don't get it either do you? it's not about what his "best friend" did. It's about not speaking up to your "best friend" about it if you thought this was wrong and then fuk him over when you get the chance like some passive aggressive bitch. And then justifying it by putting yourself on a moral high ground
and this

At the end of the day you don't know the details of everything about their relationships regardless of what you think it is your friends decision and the girls lives not yours.
Point is there is no reason to interject yourself into the situation. It also seems fishy to say you wouldn't lie to her when you just said you have before. If it was bothering you then you needed to say something to your friend.
Calling your friends out for their **** is one thing...ratting him out is another.
You clearly have convinced yourself mentally you are 100 percent right though
Edit: you'd be better suited to be friends with females honestly lol

good lawd get out the violins..poor you
tbf you've probably done him a favour, now he can count you out of his inner bro circle
the answer is yes, you did screw him over...the girls really aren't important in this, it's the lack of loyalty you've shown that has outed you
you'll learn a lesson from this I'm sure
