    Unhappy Name This Imbalance

When I squat down my right butt cheek is sitting lower than my left. The right side is also where I'm getting some back pain. Right hip also seems to be less flexible and right foot also seems to wanna come forward slightly. Definitely easier to sit into pigeon stretch on the left side as well. Desperately trying to figure out this imbalance, I do dynamic warm ups and stretch for an annoying amount of time, focusing on hip activation and flexibility, but nothing seems to help. I'm beggin y'all for help!!! I can't stand my squat being hindered by this any longer.

You need to work on glute activation and open up your hips You can do stretches and warmups for hours but you need to learn how to move and activate your msucles correctly.

That s a hard thing to correct on the internet. Maybe see a PT?
