Hey guys,
I've been watch the sore in 6 minutes series by athlean-x on youtube and im wondering if (with adequate nutrition) those workout could actually build a physique like Jeff Cavalier's or Scott Herman's etc.
Or is it just bull**** and should I stick with my conventional training.
As a bonus question;
Doing 1 set of bicep curls for 1 minute (as per "sore biceps in 6 minutes" video) burns like all **** but is it really optimal for growth?
I've always just done 4 exercises per muscle, per workout working in a rep range of 6-12 without paying any attention to time under tension etc. and I've made great gains. I'm considering giving this series a crack though but it just seems ****ing ridiculous

Never heard of it but I can tell by the name it's going to be terrible.

Never heard of 6 minutes to soreness. Athlean-X is hit-or-miss when it comes to quality, but I offer a 125% guarantee that Jeff Cavalier did not build his physique on 6 minute workouts.
