I am 5'11 Clean bulked for 5 months, went from 162 to 180 lifts grew significantly, was super weak before so form increased as well. I know I made some gains for sure with lifts, but does not look like i made muscle mass increase, just started my cut, will cutting down help to see if i did make any size gains? Bf estimation? I was following a Jetfit 5 day bulking split to track lift progression and routine easier. Tried my best to match up photos in paint, photos are the same reduced dimensions but had to cut them smaller as iam not good with paint.
any comments, advice or questions is welcome I want some motivation and feedback, started to get unmotivated towards end.
