hi guys, if im taking 2 protein shakes per day, ( 1 after gym, 1 before bed ) each serving contains 5g of bcaa, that means total 10g bcaa daily, do i still need to take bcaa on the side? cause ive heared 10g of bcaa is the maximum daily use...

It all depends on what your body needs? Some days I may have 3 Protein shakes, sometimes just 2. Get as much as you can from food etc. The benefit comes from them being rapidly absorbed. I still use AminoBuild during my workouts and if I do extra cardio I have another scoop.
