Depends. Some pre workouts i have to take with something in my stomach, otherwise I get nausea from the amount of actives in the product.
For smaller dosed pre workouts, like PPK, C4, SP Max etc. I'm pretty good to go.
But things like Pre-Kaged, Carbon Prep, Scream (still have some), I have to eat like 45 min prior otherwise I get sickly feeling.

Only one I have ever gotten sick from, and actually puked a little from it, was EVL Nutritions and I think it was because I hadn't used preworkout in over a month and the Orange flavor was ridiculously sweet to me. It was a sample pack so it might of been a bad sample from conditions it was under but other than that no other product has made me feel that way.

You probably just worked out a little too hard like TMac said about his post leg day feelings. I made one of my clients sons puke after a leg workout I put him through. Was pretty funny lol. I also know a decent amount of people who have puked on leg day going hard the entire workout, especially after squats.
When I took that pre and got sick it happened within 20 minutes of taking it.“Uh, Later Dudes. S you in your A’s, don’t wear a C, and J all over your B’s.”

Yup, just pushed it to the limit which isn't a bad thing. Ive felt like I was going to puke after some pretty intense lifts but I know it definitely wasn't from anything I had taken prior to the workout. I've even had insane Arm workouts where I started to feel like I was going to throw up before.

Al Bundy is a legend, no one would say chit.
I might have to give acetaminophen a try then because I've heard it helps with achy joints a little bit. I'm not a big fan of prescription drugs, I used to get them prescribed all the time from all the injuries I accumulated playing sports, and a lot of the time they would just sit half full in their containers because Id get used to the pain after a couple days. Most of them are bad for your kidneys anyways.“Uh, Later Dudes. S you in your A’s, don’t wear a C, and J all over your B’s.”

I would imagine none of them cared as long as they were getting paid to be on the show.

I know, but I never take Tylenol. I mainly take Aspirin. The only problems I get luckily, but also not luckily lol, are just wear and tear from playing hockey, basketball, and soccer competitively until I was about 22-23.
No deer antler spray like Ray Lewis though?“Uh, Later Dudes. S you in your A’s, don’t wear a C, and J all over your B’s.”

Same. Very filling for me. And I am weird. I just like salt on them. Sometimes some sour cream, that's it.
