So I have been lifting for ten years plus. Just finished an 8 month cut. I made sure to hit all the big 3 at 85% or higher at least once per week during the cut. Now I'm done dieting trying tonregain my strength and my arms feel super shaky during bench press, when i go over 75%. I have been off the diet for a month regained 1.5 lbs. I'm wondering if maybe the shaking is being cause by a delt weakness or even grip strength. My sticking point is 2 inches off the chest. Has any one else experienced this?

It happens to me when I take a break from heavy weights frequently, and also when I lose some weight. It seems you've done both, although getting to 85%~ every week was good. The weights will start to feel better after your stabilizers get more used to them at this weight, wish I could give you some scientific explanation lol

Friends have mentioned this is due to weak stabilizers, or cold stabilizers. Biceps Delts and tiny muscles.
