Great lift man. Solid as can be. Very nice work!
Funny thing is I know you will be happy for about a week.....then it will be 600 as the next goal! Funny how it works. To climb the hill and then raise the bar again. Anyone who accomplishes what you have is never really satisfied with anything for too long. It is why you do what you do.
Congratulations and much respect.RAW lifts

Yes, I also clicked on this expecting to see somebody deadlift 5 plates. Which is impressive already by my standards, but benching it is something else! And it even looked very smooth.
Just out of curiosity, how long have you been lifting seriously? Not that it would ever be in the cards for me (too old and weak...), but I still wonder what it took to get to this point.

That is one of the most awesome things I have seen in here. Plus as John said, the "meh, whatever" spotter just made it perfect...
Amazing. I'd give my left nut to hit a 3 plate bench...☻/

Lifted in high school. Took my 20's off. Started back at 29 when I was packed as a fat 245 pounder. Hit 315 at 30. Just been consistent for the last 12 years. Climbing slowly up the weight amount. My best advice, go slow. I never use a lift off. If I don't have a certainty in my heart that I can handle the weight, I don't touch it. My workouts are always unpredictable. I don't know what I'm going to do till I actually lay on the bench and get a few warmup reps in.
Other than that, it's always go big or go home.As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.
