1) Wear their powerlifting singlet and lift
- Seriously ? why?
2) Do box squats, but do them 4-5 inches above parallel, or in a smith machine
3) Grunt abnormally loud. Over use of chalk.
4) Film all their workouts including accessory work
- again, why?
5) talk to the girl running on a treadmill
- she wants to run and is being polite, pick a better time to hit on her.
6) powerlifting gear/knee wraps, but weak.
- you should work on your raw strength if you cant squat 315 without gear, same goes for bands, reverse bands, or stuff like that, unneeded.
post some more you dirty little slut bags.

1 set for every exercise and then leave the gym lol. so many people do that at my gym. it's mostly the machine only people.
i think this isn't that bad. it's understandable at least if people don't want calluses. my calluses are annoying as fuk. i have to rip them every time before i go to the gym so they don't effect my exercises.Last edited by 2RDEYE; 08-18-2016 at 03:50 PM.

I think lifting in a singlet is legit if ur close to competition or lift at a PLing gym, but Ya otherwise it's cringe worthy in most cases as it's usually pretty obviously only for attention. Agree with the rest of the list tho 100%.
For me unnecessary grunting is probably my biggest pet peave. Whenever I lift at 24 hour fitness there's always at least 2-3 guys who think they're the biggest mother fuker in the world (they're really not tho) and they feel the need to draw the entires gym's attention to their sets because of how obnoxiously loud they are.
I rage erry time.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

It's much more precise to analyze depth (whether it be filming a set from the side or having someone take a look) with a singlet compared to basketball shorts.
The mantra of Practice how you compete. Say you only bench in a t shirt in the gym. The fabric used for singlets is different and might effect how you stay planted on the pad, just as an example. Don't want any unnecessary suprises on competition day.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. i still think the affect is very very minimal. the fabric on your shorts is a fraction thicker than your singlets. and most people chalk their shoulders on bench anyway to stay planted.
it might be me, i never thought lifting in a singlet felt any different than lifting in normal clothes, except you can see my dangalang outline when i bench press.

Guilty of overusing chalk, its to an OCD level now.
My one pet peeve is basically everyone at my gym doesn't understand the concept of a bent over row. There is no "bend over" its a slight tilt and a shrug the weight up. The weird twilight zone aspect is not a single person does them right, like they all learned of another and have never seen anything else.Such is life for Timothy
