it is low for your age but still in the "normal range"
When I was 22 I believe, mine came back at like 220s or so...but it was still in the testable "range" My doctor would not prescribe me anything to treat it

I agree that your doctor should be your main source of information.
Just so you have some perspective, here is my experience (keep in mind that I am nearly twice your age). When I had a blood test and it showed total testosterone levels of 319 ng/dL and free testosterone of 68, my doctor prescribed 100 mg of pregnenolone every morning, and 3 months later my total testosterone increased to 477, and my free went to 84. I am currently undergoing further modifications (100 mg pregnenolone + 50 mg DHEA, both of which can be bought over the counter and are reasonably priced). This is not something you just want to wing, because messing with hormones is serious. Talk with your doctor.

Yep. More energy. I don't really judge things by how I feel so much because of the chance that it is subjective and placebo. I rely on the blood tests to see whether it is working. You don't even need a prescription. It is just a supplement that anyone can buy, but I certainly would not tinker around with pregnenolone or DHEA without getting blood tests to make sure you aren't screwing up anything else.
