I can't stand Phil's front shots because of how ugly his abs are (and the belly button is really distracting, kinda like gyno/hernia is). Also really dislike the shape of his legs from the front. His inner thighs are just so big compared to the quads and with his posing it's almost like he tries to make them look even bigger intentionally.

But you gotta give it to him on the back shots. He really know how to pose and maximise the **** off what he got in the RLS and RDB.

I feel betrayed, shocked, sad, embarrassed and angry. Got to give respect to the haters. I was expecting him to show up at least like he did in 2003 which was his worst showing up until now that is. I can't speak for everyone else, but he lost a fan today.

K, using my super powers from analysis of HD pics:

1. Phil, pretty clear
2. Dexter....Not as sharp as last year's Dex but he should fix that by tomorrow. Clear second imo.
3. Shawn....Not as good as last year, quads don't look as impressive as last year? midsection is the same, he's not hitting the FDB as well as before and BDB lacking compared to last year
4. Roelly.... Best I've ever seen him. Waist too big for my liking and BDB still weak but **** it, dude's a beast.
5. Bonac....Dude is a human pitbull with all kind of dense popping muscles. Waist a little weak though/lacking aesthetics but idc.
6. Ramy...I appreciate the gain in conditioning. I like him more now than last year but I want today's conditioning with last year's size.

I knew he was coming last/almost last...we pretty obvious to me. And maybe I've been a bit of a hater about it....simply because I've always been a huge Levrone fan and never wanted to see him like this
Now I feel like he's been tarnished. I did feel sorry for him being up there though. You can see he was sad as ****.

Well I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I believed him when he was saying his legs would be up to par and that he though he was better than in 2003. I did have him in the top 10 regardless of how he would show up, due to politics. But this version of him is even worse than 2013 Jay or 2007 Ronnie.

From the photos for me its a toss up between bonac and winklar,rhoden doesnt look nearly as muscular as these two guys seems his back is lacking too.

Phil doesnt stand out from the line up.

He's good, but I think it's a subjective thing for me. Hard to describe but I'll try. I'm being 100% honest btw, even though I'm a Phil fanboy....

1. Bonac's waist in some shots like the FDB and BDB look too wide for me and interrupts his flow.
2. His waist lacks the fine details from the front and side
3. His chest seems narrow in some shots and lacks pop in other shots such as the side chest.
4. Lower body overpowers upper body in some shots, disrupting his flow from top to bottom


Remember this is nitpicking at its finest okay. He looks ****ing great. Just all those things I mention ruin his aesthetics for me slightly.

Roelly is shockingly large and managed to achieve good conditioning.

Bonac looked amazing too. Hopefully lands that 4th spot.

Dexter seems a little off, a bit down in size too. Still looked good.

Ramy is disappointing.

Rhoden lacks back development and overall separation.

I'll be a little upset if Ramy beats Roelly, but I can understand the argument from an aesthetic perspective because Ramy is indeed more aesthetic.

Nah he's old as f and only had a year to prepare. It still doesn't change the fact that he was one of the most legendary bbers in the history of the sport when he was in his prime. Having said that he was stupid as hell to actually go up there knowing what his legs looked like. The only thing I can think of is that the promoters paid him to compete in order to help promote the show and take attention away from the fact that Kai Greene has made it clear he isn't going to go back.

I concur. I won't be mad about Bonac placing 4th at all tbh. I have Roelly edging him IF Roelly can control his stomach better tomorrow.

And yeah Dex and Rhoden are off compared to last year but I think Rhoden is slightly more off.

True but also remember, Levrone has been talking about a comeback for years and always goofed the fans. So it would have looked pretty bad if he did the same this time since he made a HUGE announcement. I think sometime maybe halfway during the prep he realised his body just wasn't responding the same way anymore though. At that point it would have looked really bad if he pulled out

Ramy/Roelly/Rhoden RLS is just insane. Great thickness and width. Ok Phill get the details, but he lack width big time. So i dont see how anyone is saying that Phill is destroying from the back. Back is not only BDB .... And i agree Phill get that pose - BDB. Second best BDB is for Ramy. And Ramy still looks huge. He is as twice as wider as Phill. Or you expect him to come like he looks in offseason ? We all accustomed to see his huge size in offseason, but of course he will be smaller here, and he is still the biggest out there.
I dont know why they put Roelly out of top 6 for once. He looks insane. The only pose i see him lose against Phill is the BDB. In every other pose as we can cleary see from pic set he is just better. He is in great condition, have crazy size and width.
Just tell me a pose different then BDB when Phill is winning against Roelly. Just one.

As bad as Kevin looked, in the comparison pics against the top 3, he's not getting completely butchered in the side chest, side tricep and most muscular (upper body-wise). Also he has the flattest waist on stage I guess.
