so we moved the bedroom around and now i have to sit up in bed without anything behind me so i am kind of slumped over
i pretty much play all day on sunday and my squats are on monday.
do you think this sitting up all day the day before my squat session could effect it?
i have had 2 bad squat workouts in a row and thats really the only thing that has changed
