I was talking to a liberal girl about home defense today. She said she didn't know why people needed an AR for HD, why not just use a shotgun or a Judge(!!!). I explained to her that the FBI did ballistics testing showing the 223 round penetrated far less than handgun rounds and 00 buck. Then I explained how an AR can be shorter than a shotgun, lighter, easier to do basically anything with etc. and that there was a reason why SWAT teams enter houses with mainly ARs instead of shotguns or subguns. Her response was "well I just don't think I need a gun a SWAT team uses, I'm not on a SWAT team".

He's tried to kill himself like two or three times and he can't buy a gun, so I'd say the laws are working pretty well lmao. He tried to OD on *****, ended up going to the hospital to have his stomach pumped and ended up in a psych ward lol. That's nothing though, I graduated with a fat dude who tried to kill himself by lying on the ground and cutting his own head off with a shovel. The people that survive jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge or shooting themselves in the chin and having the angle wrong so they blow their face off are examples of legit attempts. I think most that "fail" are just attention whores.

I lost a friend to suicide last year by hanging. I can't even imagine doing that to yourself and going through the suffering. If I was gonna off myself it would be with a gun. Instant and no suffering.



And speaking of that I just finished sprints, so gonna off myself cuz I'm fukin dying. I have three climbs in the next five weeks. Better get my fat ass in shape.

I really like the night sights. I can see where there would be a advantage to having the front and rear be different colors, but just having night sights on a carry pistol is something I didn't do forever. I opened the tactical wall in the dark to get the gun and the tritium was lit up like the eyes of allah. (lower case intentional)

A young successful college kid nearby with good facial aesthetics hung himself a month ago but he survived for hours after before finally dying. Must have been horrible. His brother had killed himself a year earlier.
