So I'm almost done my first cycle of Animal Stak and I'm going to cycle off a week. Then go back on Stak and add Animal Test.
I was wondering if it was okay to do this on my second cycle and then after the cycle. Cycle off with M-Stak like they say to do on the Animal forums?
And also do I wait a week to do the M-Stak or go right into it after the 3 weeks of Stak and Test?
Thanks Shane

You can definitely do that. I like taking a week off before jumping onto M-stak, but thats just me.
And like some other posters have said, I'm not sure how much Test is gonna help you, being that you are 24 and still loaded in that department. If you do indeed decided to run it, please let us know how it goes.Animal Rep

Okay. That's a start.
What does "I follow the 80/20" mean though? When I ask about your diet, I'm asking if you've calculated your TDEE, added calories to it to create a caloric surplus and fit your macros to that new caloric goal. Also looks like you're missing fat based on your list.
If you haven't done that, stop all supps and figure that out first. Since you work construction I'd assume you're rather active thus you'll need to account for that activity in your calories as well as your training.
Your training is also rather broad. A 5 day split is fine, but what are you doing?
Bottomline, it looks like you're lost a lot of weight and then put it back on over the past 5 years. The supplements you've chosen are not going to make a huge difference with a good diet and will do nothing without a proper diet.

Been down this road before as you saw. I won't say I gained all of my wait back I have a lot of extra skin around my stomach area but I'm vascular and Pumped in the gym. My TDEE is 3000kcals. I do use a FitBit that is pretty Accurate and tells me I burn around 3500-4500kcals a day. As for 80/20 I mean 80% nutritious food Chicken. Fish. Steak. Veggies. Sweet Potatoes. Rice. Whey. And 20% not so nutritious food. So 80% of my caloric intake is nutritional. The other 20% whatever I feel like eating.
My 5 Day Split is a lot to post so here's it Summarized Usually I take 1hr in gym
Chest - 8-10 exercises
Arms - 8 exercises
Back - 8-10 exercises
Shoulders - 10-12 exercises
Legs - 10 exercises
Supplementation Now:
Animal Pak
Animal Flex
Animal Pump
Animal Stak (2 More Days till I finish)
5-HTP
HydroxyElite (only take 1 a day Waking up so I can make my drive to work and don't get hungry till 7am)
Fish Oil

"Nutritious" vs otherwise isn't wholly relevant. Macros and caloric goals matter.
Seems fine, but you may want to pick a more organized program for strength which would also increase hypertrophy with caloric surplus.
Would basically dump the majority of this stuff outside of multi and fish oil. Creatine is good, maybe a protein powder if you need help meeting your macro.
