I loved having The Shredz.
People always mirin especially at my age..
Sitting around 194 now with visible abs.
I can't wait to start prep to get The Shredz back.She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

This is a pretty good recap. Getting down that low sucks. But once you start adding back some calories to get to maintenance then it's awesome. It feels like your body soaks up anything and everything you eat. There's something particularly awesome about looking down and seeing your abs without having to flex them.
I've never been "big" and ripped - I imagine that feels pretty amazing. The average person doesn't really care though. The illusion is that if you're ripped, then they see you as big anyways.STAND TALL AND SHAKE THE HEAVENS!!

Not quite sure I've ever reached those levels, but I do know those feels.
Some days, just here and there, I looked 10x better than I usually do. Legit looked heavier and more shredded, and I'm also naturally (inb4) pretty vascular.
Legit God mode: being shredded + getting a lot of carbs/fat in that day + a nice pump + tanned + going to the beach, getting out of that ice cold water, Brb everyone mirin. Extra +: Hurley phantom boardshorts (the ones with 2 stripes) for maximum aesthetics. That's life boyos,

Being 9% is like instagram.
You look good 5% of the time but otherwise you feel small, weak hungry and dry.
11% to 13% is pretty much the sweet spot imo. You look big, you can eat generally whatever you want within reason. You can still get strength gains in the gym. Pumps still make you look shredded. And you're only a solid month of cutting to look shredded again.
