Here's the real scoop.

15% and bulking: feel fat and bloated as fk, look like chit
cutting from 15-12%: you feel great, look better, confidence is up. you think to yourself "why did i ever bulk beyond 12%?"
cutting from 12%-9%: starts getting tough, you think about food a lot. confidence is through the roof and ppl start noticing you looking ripped
cutting below 9%: energy levels are chit, think about food all the time. you look awesome but you don't rly give a chit because all you want to do is eat
maintaining at 8-9%: after a while energy levels come back, still think about food and get hungry but not as bad. libido returns and you can afford to be more flexible with your diet e.g. compensate for overeating by eating less at other times. this is GOAT state

This is a pretty good recap. Getting down that low sucks. But once you start adding back some calories to get to maintenance then it's awesome. It feels like your body soaks up anything and everything you eat. There's something particularly awesome about looking down and seeing your abs without having to flex them.

I've never been "big" and ripped - I imagine that feels pretty amazing. The average person doesn't really care though. The illusion is that if you're ripped, then they see you as big anyways.

I don't know if I'm quite that low, but at my % it feels pretty great.

People constantly compliment me, mostly leanness, but some even refer to me as "big guy" which is a long way from where I started.

Keep it at, OP. It's a marathon.

It is awesome. Loved it, but if you dip below 9-8 percent expect to feel like absolute trash 90 percent of the time.
Although, carb up/refeed days when shredded + a pump is unreal. That's when people take those pictures and look unnatty as fack (although on a regular day when completely depleted they look tiny as fu)

Not quite sure I've ever reached those levels, but I do know those feels.

Some days, just here and there, I looked 10x better than I usually do. Legit looked heavier and more shredded, and I'm also naturally (inb4) pretty vascular.

Legit God mode: being shredded + getting a lot of carbs/fat in that day + a nice pump + tanned + going to the beach, getting out of that ice cold water, Brb everyone mirin. Extra +: Hurley phantom boardshorts (the ones with 2 stripes) for maximum aesthetics. That's life boyos,

What the misc considers hnnng and what females consider hnnng is actually pretty different. What the misc considers borderline dyel / dyel mode, most women find attractive.

This, so much this ^. There was actually a study done on this phenomenon, turns out men think they need ~25 pounds more muscle then they really need to impress females.

Being 9% is like instagram.

You look good 5% of the time but otherwise you feel small, weak hungry and dry.

11% to 13% is pretty much the sweet spot imo. You look big, you can eat generally whatever you want within reason. You can still get strength gains in the gym. Pumps still make you look shredded. And you're only a solid month of cutting to look shredded again.

Social Life
- Serious flex your abs every 20 mins in the mirror because it looks good and you are proud
- Get accused of the tech because you have veins
- Women are in awe, touch your abs, bring their friend over and ask to touch your abs.
- Your face is leaner and you are happy because of the attention so you give off good vibes.
- mates call you a greek god/sexy no homo
- Other males say you are not that big when you are wearing a shirt, you lift up your shirt and break their hearts
- dikk works fine, looks bigger because their is no fuppa covering it


GYM
- weak as phuck at the gym, your second and third set have way less reps
- skin tearing pumps
- joints feel brittle, I get scared when doing bench press
- feel great when you do cardio, no fat on your ass so you don't waddle when you run.
- After a while you feel small when not shirtless, and want to bulk to put on size.

Most of these are true, except for being weak as phuk in the gym

Also about feeling hungry having no energy all the time..Its the same when cutting at any weight isnt it? i'm feeling hungry and low on energy at 230lbs compared to when i was eating whatever I want. So its not really anything new
