creatine is not going to make you bigger you will get increases in reps and some strength increases but size is going to come from a calorie. look at an inexpensive mono such as MT platinum mono which is currently buy 2 get 1 free resulting in 240 servings for less then $20

Agreed. Creatine is a nice addition and is pretty cheap. It isn't a miracle worker though. Platinum Creatine (unflavored) is an excellent option to look at.

Its totally worth it man I checked the muscle tech website and found their disturbuter here and they sell it for 30.4 dollars per tub!!! the problem is I asked a friend to order it for me since he has a Mastercard and can order online and he uses amazon all the time he checked there and found that there is no shipping for these products to Saudi Arabia so I sent him the bodybulding store to check and see if they can ship it here.

like some mentioned nutrition comes first, along with training knowledge. That said creatine is a good supplement
I recommend micronized creatine monohydrate because its broken into tiny particles and wont cause as much stomach discomfort. also absorbs better and overall better benefits AI Sports Micronized creatine monohydrate This stuff is the best bang for the buck with mirconized creatine monohydrate ive found

Always opt for a Creapure branded Creatine Monohydrate product.

It's definitely a good idea to add the Creatine Monohydrate now. Especially since you said you understand the importance of diet and training. I use 5 grams per day. It's usually suggested 3-5 grams. I can tell that it adds to my strength as I enjoy powerlifting movements. It's important to drink plenty of water and it doesn't matter when you take the Creatine Monohydrate. The bb.com store has loads for sale. Any Creatine Monohydrate is good. IForce Nutrition has it on sale at clearance price.
