Good lord it's not. Look I've been picking up girls successfully for a decade. I go out with the exact same attitude n confidence. If you are ugly it does not matter at all how confident you are. Plus I'm not rich or a celebrity or anything like that. I literally have had friends in the past stop associating with me because I've lost my looks. I'm a pilot, in the military, have a master's degree, good at sports, fit... But it does not matter.
