partnership possibly. Maybe some advertising. We are looking to hire an outside sales rep. I think that will help a lot and push us over 8 figures next year
not as much as I need to.
Scaleability is limited by my experience. If I had a ton of capital around me, and the right consultants we could grow exponentially. However, I do not mind slow steady growth.
Thank you!

1) Besides theft, what was the hardest part of scaling your business?
2) How have you budgeted your time over the years, and what have you learned?
3) What do you do when a massive incoming or outgoing shipment goes missing, is it insured? Assuming this has happened?
Also, congrats on making it and being cancer free brotha, you've always been an inspiration.keep rep trading out of your sig line

Really just lazyness on my mind and going at it without a mentor. It's hard to do things when you don't know how to scale. Maybe I need a consultant.
I try to set certain days for certain jobs. Ive learned that I need to delegate better. I use to want to do it all by myself. Thats just not the way to do it. Others may not do it as well as I feel like I can, but they are capable, and I cannot stress myself out.
Knock on wood nothing has been missing. Pretty much if its missing in Hong Kong or China the supplier covers it, if it goes missing in the US, I cover it.RIP mainsqueeze530

for tax purposes we write off as much as possible. But its pretty decent. We bought our building this year, 9000 sq ft. So we no longer rent, we put 1/3 of the total value down and I could've bought it outright if I wanted to easily. I purchased a house this year, and am putting over $100,000 down, and me and my fiance are covering a wedding which will cost us $60,000, so I wont give exact details, but I am not hurting at all when it comes to money.
Just check out my website, look at what we sell.
I guess the only cool thing I bought was my Tesla last year, and of course a house this year.
Not the Donald. I started with $3,500 on my own money which I savedRIP mainsqueeze530

Yes its very saturated, but Im a supplier. So I reap the benefits of that. to be a supplier nowdays you need a ton of capital. We frequently have one customer who can order $30,000 in a week, capital is needed to make sure they get the parts they need and its in stock, so they dont go elsewhere.
Yes, absolutely!
Met her online, getting married in Atlanta.
