    My Transformation. 7+ years

    Hey all quick background.
    The first pic is me when i was fresh of a 2yr bout with substance abuse, moved away and just found myself for the next year.
    Then I started researching and making a plan next thing you know im in the gym for a few years solid making gains, then bulked clean for another 2 years 220 lbs then cut down to where i am now 200lbs.
    Fight Club was the beginning, now it's moved out of the basement, it's called Project Mayhem. -Tyler Durden.

    There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable...     Amazing transformation man. Had an issue with substances myself and finally got over it, a great deal of that thanks to the gym. Congrats on the progress!
