I saw that it was long and didn't even bother reading it
Honestly, I'm skeptical that he even wrote it. I have spoken with Dan in person on a few occasions and he is a pretty quiet and reserved kind of guy from my experience. I wouldn't put it past sprinkle to take over his account to launch her own agendaTraining log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

just royally ****ed up my first water loading for my meet this saturday
I wrote down at the end of last week all my diet/salt/water intakes for this week and I wrote down my final fluid intake for today wrong, only supposed to be .25 gallons of water and I misread it and thought it was 2.5, so now I've had 2 gallons of water today vs .25

Regardless of whether or not you agree with his opinion on the matter, from a business standpoint it was a terrible decision given his target demographic. And it'd be one thing to post it only on your personal ******** page, but he went out of his way to share it on his athlete page too. I understand the topic hits home for him personally given his spouse and child, but the fact is this is gonna end up literally costing him money by turning off a fair number of people from his services.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Without getting political because you know powerlifting section and all.......I thought his post spoke a lot of truth and wasn't radical enough to really cost him clients or money. Sure it will because there are plenty out there who will certainly disagree completely with what he said and even to the point they hate him now. Someone already posted that the post cost him respect. Regardless, good for Dan for being man enough to be honest about how he feels and not worry about what other people think about it. I've put my foot in my mouth on ******** a few times, but at the same time what good does it do me to worry about whether or not people agree with me. At the end of the day I need to examine my own thoughts and opinions carefully and test them. This was one of Dan's points. Opinions are opinions, but you have to remember at some point some opinions are either really bad or just flat out wrong. There's no right or wrong when having an opinion about favorites like food, or sports teams, or other things like that. It's gets tricky when you're dealing with morals and government and what not, but even then there are plenty of situations where someone's opinion is just wrong. Yes my thoughts on Dan's thoughts are just an opinion, but I like to believe what he said in a nutshell is correct as there's plenty of evidence to support it.

Some of the comments honestly saddened me. I don't agree with all of his opinions. And he can think what he wants. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions cause no one sees the world through the same pair of glasses.
But for people to run around and "loss respect" as many of them have stated is just bs.
You CANT take away what he has accomplished as a lifter. And if you can't respect what he's done on the platform you are delusional.
I would still love to meet him. Hang out and what ever. Just wouldn't talk politics obviously.

I hear ya. It seems tough to talk politics in this day in age without getting mad to be honest. There just seems to be so much at stake when you start talking about it that it's easy to really dislike a person if their idea of what is good is vastly different than yours. I guess that's the result of really only having two parties. There's no in between where we can all compromise.
Regardless, Dan is a fantastic lifter and I'd hope that people would be able to separate powerlifting from politics if they were to seek his guidance.1708 total @220 Raw

I dont have face book that's why I was asking. He posted something about police and blacks people ect on Instagram so I assume that's what it's about. Kevin oak has been posting similar stuff and pioneer fit and Kevin got into it and pioneer no longer sponsors oak. when I readit on Dan's Instagram I figured it was sprinkle like arn said. I dont care if he has totaled 3000 if he supports BLM he's lost all my respect.

Completely agree...people have their opinions. I train with people who would probably never speak to me outside of the weight room, obvious differences in lifestyle, religion, politics etc, but we all get along (to an extent) when it comes to training. It's a beautiful thing. But as far as Dan goes, I think he knows he's gonna take a loss on his fan base, but it seems that if he really wrote that, they're not people he would like to associate himself with anyway.

Speaking about views on social media. Anyone ever read one of the Lilliebridge brothers go off on his religious beliefs? Pretty comical stuff.

I use them for volume work, I have the heavy half of a set I split with my friend, BllackBrendan. I do a lot of flat and inclined work with them with supinated, pronated, and neutral grips, either narrow or medium because I'm too old for the stress 20 rep sets put on my shoulders if I go wider,
The increased DB work I've put in since the last year has really helped my barbell bench. If what I've posted offends you, please feel free to leave your need for validation below.
dont put words in my mouth either you stupid little sh_t
