I'll throw in an app, I'm looking to get some reviews and logs going now that I can dedicate more time to my training and supplements. My most recent/last review is in my signature.
I use aminos as part of a daily supplement routine, it's always a staple whether I'm training hard or being a weekend warrior. The past two months I've been working (teacher) and coaching a local football team so a lot of my time has been dedicated to my full time job and coaching (which feels like a second full time job between daily practices, coaches meetings, and game days) but the season is coming to an end in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to getting back into a more normal training routine. Aminos like I said are a daily supplement for me along with a multi and a protein whether I'm in the gym consistently or not. For me, aminos help to flavor my water intake (generally 3/4 to a full gallon a day) and they are used as an intra- work out for me. I've never tried anything by PharmaFreak but just in taking a quick glance at the profile this looks like a home run and I'm kind of kicking myself for not trying it prior to looking into this opportunity. The thing that sticks out to me the most is the anti-cortisol complex in the ingredients. I'm a year out (today actually) from getting married and I know the next year is going to be stressful so anything to help my body with the reduction of stress is worth trying to me.Follow me on Instagram: tjm182

Going to be competing in a mens physique show on Saturday, so you can imagine that after that I'm going to be ready to fuel up to lift heavy and often post show! That being said when I lift heavy I love to have an effective amino acid to take during my workout for maximum results!

Since I do intermediate fasting this amino acid would help tremendously in the morning when I'm working out on an empty stomach, to prevent muscle breakdown.

Same here - but I do mine intermittently following some info I got from Martin Berkhan's site overview for one of his clients with similar schedule; workout early a.m. Aminos are what I neeeeeeeeeeed! Past experience using this protocol has gotten me past a plateau in trimming down my waistline and maintaining strength, maybe even increasing.

I'm in! I'm currently on a cut and I do fasted training. Amino Freak would give me a huge boost pre or PWO workout and in the morning to help me keep my lean mass. Thanks for the chance!

I love that healthy dose of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate. That should really help with recovery along with the BCAAs. I've taken Evogen Carnigen and definitely noticed recovery benefits from it. I need this because I'm about to start an intense bodybuilding program. Layne Norton's new plan looks interesting or some German Body Comp plan. Either way, I'm going to need all the help I can get recovering. I'm currently cutting to look my best for family Christmas pictures - I looked like sh!t last during a bulk I've done tons of reviews on this site and would be happy to give an honest review for Amino Freak. I don't think I've ever had a PharmaFreak supplement yet. Thanks for this promo and your consideration!

What's Layne's 'new' plan? I've only seen vids here recently about proper form, and prior to that PHAT training. Something else lurking?
Also, German Body Comp - are you referring to heavy volume, like 10 sets of 10, or something else? (thinking a book on it being called Mein Komp - :P ) I'm seriously curious to find what tidbits I can pick up.
Of course, nutrition is king! and training, and recovery, and oxygen, and where the heck did I leave my car keys...“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards” - RWE

I think Layne's new workout plan was in the latest bb.com newsletter, 13 weeks, looks legit - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ph3-...searchterm=ph3 He's using it to help him promote his new supplements of course.
If you google German Body Comp, you'll get tons of good articles, but here's one from bb.com - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ryanm18.htm . A lot of them only have you lifting 3 days a week. I would probably throw a day to hit my smaller muscles since it is built around compound lifts plus I need to lift at least 4x a week
Enjoy!

Why Would I Benefit?
Being that I am training multiple times a day (lifting, cycling, running + soon to be swimming: hence, triathlons) having something that will help me recover will be essential from one training session to the next.
It would be awesome to get a tub and test BCAA out in various activities to see if I see any performance (whether physiological or psychological) enhancement from it!
Thanks for considering!Blog:
