D-Pol/ArA/ABE or C20 for lean mass?

My current stack is Orange Triad MV, CL Fish Oil and CL Greens. PreJym, Xtend intra and Torrent post.

I've used D-Pol, X-Gels, AnaBeta Elite and Compound 20 in the past at different points. Compound 20 has been great for me and I tend to lean out and make solid mass gains.

With that being said, I'd like to start a lean mass winter 'bulk'.

What would be the best stack to go with adding D-Pol? Adding X-Gels and ABE or Compound 20 or a different combination of these?

Also, what would be the best dosage of ArA for myself at 185lbs?

Going to be tough to beat out the ArA + ABE combination as far as natty stacks go. Forskolin in general is great, and then you get the synergistic effect of ArA and lodhra extract (prevents ArA from converting to leukotrienes, leaving more ArA to be converted to prostaglandins).

4-6 X-Gels/X-Factor + carntine salt + emulsifier preworkout
The old recommendation was GMS (note: this is not concentrated glycerol, but glycerol monosterate), though personally I prefer soy lecithin granules, which also give you phosphatidic acid and also work as an emulsifier. I use 2 tbsp personally.
And ABE is dosed 2 caps with your two largest meals of the day (4 total per day).

ara+PA=gains you can throw the Abe in there too best natty supps out there.
ara dosage 1.5 grams workout days only.

Arachidonic Acid definitely gets my vote as the strongest natural muscle building ingredient. On that list, ABE would be second and even a great stacker w ArA.

Bodybuilding.com doesn't have the ArA product you mentioned, but does have the original and clinically proven X-Factor.

Thanks for all the replies, it seems like the consensus is X-Gels and ABE. Should I skip the D-Pol? Would the D-Pol compliment the other two and help even more?

D-Pol is DAA and nitrates? You could if you were dying to spend the extra money. I'd probably skip it, personally, but that's up to you. Nitrates are great for pump, but can be found cheaper elsewhere. DAA doesn't seem to be useful for body composition. The sodium D-aspartate form may have positive effects on testosterone, but there's a good chance that the biggest difference you'll see is increased libido.

IME stick to Xgels and ABE.

As others have noted 4-6 caps of Xgels prewo.

Make sure you have 2 bottles of ABE and 2-3 bottles of X-Gels (depending on if you run 4-6 gels per day).

If you have that and still want the D-Pol, go for it.

Not to thread jack but along the same lines as OP.... Which would you all recommend running for lean mass..... 1 bottle Erase Pro + 1 bottle ABE OR 2 bottles of ABE back to back?
