The 212 pro's look to be pretty good friends with each other from the interviews and IG posts I see from them. Jose was in amazing shape this weekend and last weekend at the Olympia! If Flex was off in any way, Jose would have won. That's the thing Flex is good for though....always being in great condition. And he has just an overall great and well rounded physique.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I disagree. I think an ON David Henry beats Flex. Flex does have better legs than DH, but the upper body and structure of DH is much better. The truth is that it's been almost a decade since we saw an ON DH, people have forgotten how good he was in his prime. I think something happened along the way and he gave up trying to get the condition which would be necessary to beat Flex.
Either way, this is all hypothetical since DH is on the way out while Flex is still young and improving. I for one would like to see Flex put another 10-20 lbs on and see what he does in the open.__________________________
