Flex is like the Phil Heath of his division. Great overall balance and looks crazy when he's full/round. Jose can beat him if he's off, imo.

Great to see the good sportsmanship on stage here!

Flex is Flex. If he's on, no one beats him.

It's not like Jose is OFF...he isn't. He's close enough that if Flex slips up, he can win. But the former has to happen in order for the latter to go down. And it hasn't.

The 212 pro's look to be pretty good friends with each other from the interviews and IG posts I see from them. Jose was in amazing shape this weekend and last weekend at the Olympia! If Flex was off in any way, Jose would have won. That's the thing Flex is good for though....always being in great condition. And he has just an overall great and well rounded physique.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

He's indeed the most hated and flamed athlete in the 212 and all his wins are disputed.

    wait... what...

I disagree. I think an ON David Henry beats Flex. Flex does have better legs than DH, but the upper body and structure of DH is much better. The truth is that it's been almost a decade since we saw an ON DH, people have forgotten how good he was in his prime. I think something happened along the way and he gave up trying to get the condition which would be necessary to beat Flex.

Either way, this is all hypothetical since DH is on the way out while Flex is still young and improving. I for one would like to see Flex put another 10-20 lbs on and see what he does in the open.

It's hard to believe David Henry use to compete in the OPEN. I'd love to see flex in the open.. just for sh*ts and giggles.
