Listen, I don't care about building a ton of muscle, my fitness goal is to be lean and strong. I am 179 pounds and 5' 9", I want to get down to 160, and be lean. I don't have much time being in college, I go on a 30 minute jog after class but I want to hit some weights to build some strength. I need something that will kick my ass but only take about 30 minutes to do. From experience what kicked my ass the most in a short amount of time were deadlifts and power cleans. I wouldn't be doing heavy stuff, I would make it light weight and do up to 15 reps. I am thinking about doing power cleans and rows Monday and Wednesday, and hitting cleans and deadlift on Saturday. Keep in mind this isn't heavy weight but a lot of reps at a light rep. Will I be able to build an ok physique doing this type of training in a calorie deficit? Like I said I don't care about mass, just strength and lean.

What if all I did was mostly power cleans.
Bench: 215
Squat : 320
Deadlift: 415
Over head press : 150
Power clean : 190
No belts, no gloves, just a body and a grind.
