In the past 4 years, you can definitely tell I made some progress. However, I now want to go to the next level, and I am not sure how to do that. I need a program to follow to get me to that next level, so any suggestion would be helpful.
Here is what I am looking for in a plan:
1. Routine that uses the major exercises (deadlift, squat, bench, etc), and more sets and less reps (My body struggles past 8 reps). Past 2 weeks been doing 7x5 routine.
2. Nutrition plan that I can follow that is simple to understand, and quick. Oats in the morning, Greek Yogurt, Chipotle, etc
Just need some help!
