ok so im no stranger to cutting ive lost 35kg in the past in a single cut, in this current stint of cutting im down from 198lbs to 180lbs basically gradually reducing carbs, upping cardio etc all the good stuff
anyway, im currently on Keto, i've done diets before where i've eaten around 50-100g carbs a day and would carb up every week, however this whole past week ive eaten like 20-30g carbs a day, and tomorrow is the 7th day.
Usually I would carb up, but heres the thing, im not even feeling bad...i mean im not craving carbs, i have energy, infact im beasting my workouts big time, everythings getting there, should i just continue and maybe carb up every 2 weeks or so?
thoughts?

Don't carb up. The muscle sparing benefits of ketosis are more pronounced when you have higher levels of ketones in your blood. Carbing up will kick you out of ketosis for a while.

^All true.
Also true, Ketosis doesn't matter."Arterial plaque is primarily composed of unsaturated fats particularly polyunsaturated ones." (Felton, C V, et al, Lancet, 1994, 344:1195)

I have not carbed up in six months. Blood ketones averages 1.2 mmol/L with a standard deviation of 0.5 mmol/L with the highest measurement of 3.3 mmol/L. From the data I have seen on cyclical keto dieting the return to ketosis takes too long and your ketosis state is limited to lower levels of ketones. See the data below. Note the AM ketones levels after Carb Nite are below the minimum level for nutritional ketosis. The time period below nutritional ketosis does shorten as the weeks increased. The levels are still relatively on the low end of nutritional ketosis.
