I'm currently maintaining a BF close to yours and plan on doing so indefinitely.

yeah, being fat and strong is not worth it. you look like garbage in anything fitted or naked.

Figured I'd update. Been havin a hard time staying lean and trying to slowly get back my strength. Feel like im puttin some fat back on. It's tough when my job provides free awesome food for lunch and dinner every day. Resisting chikfila, pizza, cake etc while everyone is eating is a bitch. I'm testing out just having a shake for breakfast and dinner so I can get away with a ****ty lunch. Seems OK so far but we'll see.

lol thanks dudes. i've pretty much maintained it, I gained a bit of fat over the winter, but I'm pretty close to what I was post cut last time while looking way better. Gonna try and see if I can do it again with more muscle mass this time see what happens
