    Rate my keto meal plan

    I'm 5'10, 210 pounds, about 15-20% bf
    Looking to cut bf

    Pre-Workout:
    BCAA's - 0f/3c/0p/10cals

    Post-Workout:
    2 beef patties - 56/0/36/680
    Cheddar Jack (1oz) - 8/1/7/101
    Coconut Oil (1 tbsp) - 14/0/0/140
    Raw Tomato (4 oz) - 0.2/4.4/1/20

    Second Meal:
    Chicken Breast (8oz) - 3/0/52/240
    Cheddar Jack (2oz) - 16/2/14/202
    Broccoli (6oz) - 0.6/11.3/4.8/58

    Third Meal:
    Bacon (3 strips) - 15/0/15/210
    2 Eggs - 9.6/0.8/12.6/144
    Avocado (2oz) - 8.7/4.9/1.1/95

    Last Meal:
    Low Fat Cottage Cheese (1 cup) - 5/8/26/180
    Raw Almonds (1oz) - 14/6/6/160

    TOTALS: 150.1f/41.4c/175.5p/2220 calories

    btw net carbs = 28.7

    Looks good. I count total carbs though, not sure that it matters but I stay under a total of 25g a day on low carb days

    do you count the total carbs of your veggies? 6oz of broccoli already has 11g of total carbs

    shouldn't your BCAA's be 3 grams protein and not 3 grams carbs?
