No they are not. Two guys having anal will never produce a child. Two girls scissoring each other will never produce a child. A man and female engaging in intercourse will have the potential to create a child.

Infertile couples do not change the principle of heterosexual intercourse producing children. Just like an apple with a worm in it does not change the fact that apples by definition do not have worms in them.
