    chest mass - overtraining?

    so basically im bulking. i do one muscle per day only, it has been working well so far so im keeping it.

    my problem is on chest, i think im doing too much volume, but since i only do once a week, i havent changed it. im gaining overall mass, except on my chest, it needs to come out you know? not wider, but overall mass to bring it out.
    my routine goes like this:

    incline bench press - 3x8,6,6
    bench press - 3x8,6,6
    reverse incline bench press - 3x8,6,6
    dips - 3x 6,6,6
    cable cross overs - 3x8,6,6

    i do two incline exercises because i lack on my upper pecs.

    is this too much for chest? keep in mind i only do it once a week. everytime i do this im a bit sore on the next day and sore on the second day after. if i dont do this much of volume, i dont get sore, which will mess with my head bcs i think i didnt push myself enough --'

    Use dumbbells and incorporate higher reps after your first 2 main moves. Cable crossovers for sets of 6 arent really worth while.

    Flat Barbell Bench 3 x 10-12
    then superset
    Incline DB Press 3 x 12
    with
    Cable cross overs 3 x12

    being sore doesnt mean you will grow. and for such low frequency, no thats not a lot. i do more total volume in a week than that on a upper lower split
