But why would God create people with glandular disorders only to condemn them to hell?

Then perhaps you haven't truly repented or we are talking about a lesser important sin that is a matter of habit and the result of a lack of will power. I have to think that God understands our weaknesses and our honest efforts to reform our lives. For example, if we punch someone and repent but we do it again I don't think we fully repented the first time. With other sins that are more habitual in nature repentance may be a more ongoing process IMO.

    There is a golden standard.

    We will never achieve it.

Therefore we need someone who will be our advocate and argue for us on his own merit.

My understanding has been that it is not the act of eating that makes it gluttony. Someone who has a glandular disorder suffers from a physical disorder.

The spirit of gluttony is aimed towards people who create false Gods in their hearts. Hedonistic people who awake each morning to satisfy their carnal desires.

In the Scriptures, gluttony has always been associated with eating (Proverbs 23:20-21, Matthew 11:19)

That feel when cutting and one arm is a little more cut than the other, one side of the waist is a little thinner than the other side, and one quad and one calf is more cut than the other side.

Can't wait until they even up, although I'm wondering if it's because the parts that are thinner because they're a little more muscular, i.e my left arm is .25" bigger than my right despite me being right handed.

Cut is going well, averaging 1.1lbs a week and 5 weeks left. Going to start adding fasted, steady state cardio 2x a week for next couple of weeks.

    What's your ab routine like?

I was on p90x for awhile - flattens things out nicely. Added Itsines on top for the 3D pop, then the ab roller for teh linea alba finish. Also do 90s planks in the transitions. It takes forever tho. I'm all hunched over sore today :/

Truthfully, I rarely do direct ab work. Don't get me wrong, I have abs (I can see them in the mirror haha), just haven't been doing much direct work for them.

I haven't been hitting them during my cut mainly because I don't have enough time (I lift during lunch at work), and partly due to apathy (I hit them indirectly with rack pulls and squats so eh). But really, I should throw them in on shoulder day since I do shoulders on Saturday and I'm not at work and have time.

During summer when I will start going on a bulk again, I'll start doing direct a work. Traditionally, twice a week I'll do:
    Weighted decline sit ups 3x15
    Cable crunches 3x12-15
    Cable wood choppers 3x12-15

    Cable crunches 3x12-15
    Cable wood choppers 3x12-15
You should do them on your squat/rack pull day at the end so you don't screw up your back when you go to do squat/rack pulls.

Just some free advice...if you don't do them constantly and you have an 'ab day' you're going to be fatigued when you actually need your abs to keep you from getting injured during squats/dl's.

Don't you guys do abs every bjj class tho?

What's your diet like? I need to lose some fat but food prep is not my thing. Thinking about going all shakes with one solid meal a day.

That's a good idea. Maybe doing them on back day and shoulders.

After leg day I'm too tired, and feel like death afterwards. So probably wouldn't be good then.

I'm eating around 2100 - 2400 calories a day depending on if I'm lifting that day or not.

I try not to eat the same stuff every day since I'll get bored, but routinely I eat the same thing on the same day week after week.

Every morning though, I'll have a 1/3 cup of steel cut oats and a half scoop of whey added into the oats after they're cooked. Here's a sample day for when I'm lifting (I'll be pulling the carbs after my pwo meal to bed in a few weeks and I'll replace the lost calories with almonds or something). This is my Thursday meal plan and I hit chest at lunch so meal times are planned around that.
6:30 am - 1/3 cup oats + half scoop of whey
9:30 am - peanut butter and jelly sandwich
10:45 am - preWO shake (just a half scoop of whey + BCAA's)
12:45 - pwo shake (scoop of whey)
    1:30 lunch - 4oz spaghetti with 1/4 lb beef
    4:30 - Turkey sandwich
    6:45 - 1/4lb chicken, 1/2 cup couscous, 2/3 cup of steamed veggies
9:15 - Scoop of whey before bed

MX, will be joining you in cutting soon. Need to revert back to 15 Year old skinny Flex and cut to 148lbs for the Misc Deadlift Competition. Would get recked at 165 but i think i can be competitive at 148.

Heh it's not too bad. Prep usually takes 10 mins in the morning before work. My lunch is just leftovers from the night before.

It takes about 20 mins to bake chicken beasts and 5 to just prep it with spices for dinner.

Chicken breasts are almost impossible to make taste good (I know breasts don't "taste", back off), unless of course they are fried.

No no...chicken breasts aren't that hard. Along with wings/thighs/etc/etc...

Do you have a grill or space for a grill?

You make make succulent chicken on both the grill or the oven...you don't have to fry it. For a long time I thought chicken was terrible because my mother was a bad cook. Dried out chicken is not good...

But you don't live like this. There's a number of marinades/rubs that are easy to make or buy...and the grilling if you go that way is not a lot of prep/cleanup time. Even if you bake you just need to learn your own oven and not cook it to death.

I suggest grilling and then get some Tupperware to travel with you for your lunch. Eat it cold and pretend like you're a wolf just catching a chicken. Or you can microwave it.

I like to marinate them. Keep in mind chickens are disgusting creatures and deserve everything they get. But they need marinade or a dry rub.

    Check this out.

    http://www.ribrubb.com/

Now they advertise this on pigs but don't let that fool you. It works on chickens.

Just get your chicken and clean it. Get the rub and apply...let that sit overnight (you really only need to let it do that for ~ half hour...but as far as an easy method goes do this prep the night before).

So in the morning you wake up early as you you should and go on your walk/run. Then you come home and turn on the grill while everybody else is still asleep. You take your shower and get ready and then go put the chick on the hot grill while you make breakfast.

You need a stop-watch...rotate horizontally 90 degrees after 3 minutes and flip once after 6 minutes...rotate again at 9 minutes and at 12 minutes it should be done. Cook on high-heat. Hot grill. Sacrifice a chicken to cthulhu and confirm it's done, and then bring it all in and the eggs you're cooking will be done at this time as well.

You're supposed to be able to poke meat and "know" if it's done but I don't trust the poke test. I always make a sacrifice and check it out even for expensive steak...especially chicken. You can make people sick with uncooked chicken so you can't be sloppy in your prep or clean-up...clean chicken and use clorex wipes when done, wash hands and open doors with parts that don't touch raw chicken.
