Long time lurker checking in.
Been trying out IF since early Feb- opening my window at 6pm and closing it at 10pm
Usually I weigh myself post **** after I awake on mornings at around 5am. What's bugging me is that my scale doesn't seem to be moving although my the mirror shows I'm getting visibly leaner, and I'm wondering if it could be because of the time of day I choose to weigh myself
I should add i weigh myself every morning and use a weekly average to track my progress. Anybody beside me think i"m not getting a true figure due to my weigh in time ?

^I weigh myself in the morning after I wake up and get out of the bathroom. Don't focus on the scale as much man, mirror is best way to judge progress
5 days on point in this cut brahs/ettes...this is the longest I've stayed on the track ever since my Mexico vacation. 1 week almost down...and lots more to go. Have till July to get lean as I can so plenty time, will prob go up to maintenance for a few weeks once I can lift fully again (thinking 3 more weeks and I'm get able to), just so I can recover better, cause DOMs of peace will be had
Happy Friday!! We coffee now!

I do a regular (aka mix of heavy, moderate, and sometimes lighter weights) chest/shoulder and back day earlier in the week and closer to the weekend I do a lighter, pump-focused workout for chest/shoulders and back just for extra metabolic boost and blood flow to the muscles. Light enough to establish a mind-muscle connection and get a good pump, but not heavy enough that my joints and recovery are ruined.

DD finally got me yesterday. Ate about 5k cals in the day courtesy of a half dozen donuts (3 choco frosted, 2 double chocolate, 1 boston creme). Woke up at 201.6 lmao but look amazingly full. I feel like I have 10lbs of food in my GI tract....the colon blow will be real today. Not looking for any kind of pity nor to demotivate, I regret nothing. Back to business as usual and cutting for summer now. Glad I got that outta me

Finished cut at 152-153 at 1500 cals/day, and a little over a month later I'm still hitting 154 lbs daily while eating 2200-2500 cals. Feelsgoodman. Wanna get cals a little higher at the same weight if I can to do another short cut before summer though

Fuark, I haven’t had tacos in ages. I love tacos.
We have two guys who’re always chatting about this (along with eating bro foods 5+ times a day, etc…typical broscience chit) at my gym.
Both of them look like chit.
Das fukin’ it! Boston crème is so damn good lol

Off to work this AM. Kind of disappointed I didn't wake up with DOMS from sumos yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be walking like a cripple, second day is always the worst right?
With work getting in the way now it's going to be slightly harder to fit in my meals and supplements so I have resorted to bringing my shaker cup and supps to work which definitely gets weird looks. Luckily my job does have oatmeal and bagels for dem carbs. I love my job but the temptation is real with the pastries.Sweat is sexy.

I'm doing that right now
dat volume overload
but tbh I don't expect most of my growth to come from this type of training anyways since I'm in a deficit - to give my body a rest this is much better, as compared to proper lifting - I'll leave that for when I'm on a surplus with daily pizza and cevapi and bump up my creatine
45 lbs bulk this summer, filling out 242 class das it

started my fast at 1PM yesterday and i'm still not hungry (it's 11AM). going to fast until 5PM, eat a big dinner, then get the rest of my cals from drinking. IF is like cutting on easy mode, especially if you do 18/6 or 20/4.

it's comical the housing prices here in fairfield county (ct) compared to down south. I could afford a fukking mansion lol, not srs but close.
monica, you won't regret it. Back to shreds for me now, no more donuts for a while.
and when May/June rolls around we'll be shredded AF.
