Not sure I'm following that.Meanwhile, in Utah . . .
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/02/19...tal-car-crash/
A Utah woman will be the plaintiff and the defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit that has legal experts scratching their heads.
Barbara Bagley was driving her family's Range Rover Dec. 27, 2011 on Interstate 80 near Battle Mountain, Nev., when it slid on sagebrush on Interstate 80, and flipped. Her husband, Bradley Vom Baur, was sent flying from the vehicle, suffered major injuries and died nearly two weeks later in a hospital, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.
Now, a Utah court has ruled Bagley, the representative of her late husband's estate, may sue Bagley the driver in the fatal accident for wrongful death. In her suit, Bagley accuses herself of being negligent for failing to maintain a proper lookout and to keep her vehicle under proper control. She seeks an unspecified amount of money for damages that include medical and funeral expenses; loss of past and future financial support; the physical pain her husband suffered before he died from his injuries; and the loss of his love and companionship.

Insurance settlement ploy . . . she was the driver, she was also married to the "victim", so she (as the representative of her husband's estate) is suing herself (as the negligent driver) to try and get a settlement against herself from the car insurance company. LEL.
It's like me slipping on ice on my own sidewalk and suing myself for failure to maintain a safe walkway so I can get a big check from the insurance company for "damages".*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*

I has money but thats not the reason. I like the HK mag release so I'm probably just gonna stick to them for combat style handguns, dat dere paddle is nice. USP is because I put like a million hours into COD 4, since then I've decided to pick up my favorite guns from the game for nostalgia. Like I want a springfield loaded 1911 with tan gunner grips, USP45, m4 clone (or maybe actual full auto huehuehue), all dat.
Side note: because deadlifts are fukking amazing. I use deadlifts to channel all my anger and chitty stuff thats happened into the lift, feels godly getting in full rage mode and then walking up and pulling 500lbs up off the ground while everyone watches. And this is after a partial lat tear back when I was 14 and what I thought was a slipped disk about a month ago. Deadlifts are one of the lifts I look forward to.

so wait, you really think you can "build" an RTF frame gen 3 with WC tritium sights (or any worthwhile tritium sights), extended slide stop, extended mag release, and mag plates of your choice for cheaper? Shirley you can't be serious and you're trolling....if not I pity your community
Hows it going mang? Was the SF gun show any good?MFC Illuminati

Well first you definitely need to not do anything that aggravates your back until it completely heals. But hyperextensions are great, especially if your gym has a machine that's weighted, otherwise can hold plates yourself. Good mornings, although they can be easy to hurt yourself on too if you're not strict on form. Could try switching to different types of deadlifts like Romanian. Rack pulls. Use moderate weight and higher reps instead of going heavy. IMO deadlifts are too much an ego lift for most and it's just too easy to go heavy and have a split second lapse of form and you're in snap city.
