Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience here. So much people know about eggs properties but there still so much misconception out there about this topic. People constantly restrict they yolk consumption instead of being one of the most powerful tools in the bb world.
I've been eating 15 eggs every day for the last 2 years. 8 in the morning and 7 at night just before going to bed (I train fasted so I have to get sure to get a quality food the night before to minimize the muscle loss).
Also I've been consuming 220 g + g of protein a day (around 1 g per lean pound of bw).
I'm going to upload the screenshot later but here are the numbers about liver function:
GOT (AST): 32 U/L (Normal Values: 10-40)
GPT (ALT): 29 U/L (Normal Values: 10-40)
GGT: 6 U/L (Normal Values: 8-61)
And just to get sure my kidneys were right:
CREATININE: 1.22 mg% (Normal Values: 0.7-1.30)
Cholesterol:
HDL: 51 mg% (Normal Values: 30-80)
LDL: 88 mg% (Normal Values: <130)
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL: 146 mg% (Normal Values: <200)
Well, keep ya guys in check for the screenshot. Also if u have any questions about my diet or whatever would be, I would try to response to it.

Not the most scientific of a testing environment, many variables and all of that; interesting none the less of course.

My LDL is lower than my HDL with Low total and low triglycerides
I like eggs but would never eat 15 a day of anything

Cool story bro? One example doesn't do much to prove anything, especially given your age.
I consider eggs to be maybe my favorite food, but 15 per day would get tiring very soon.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House
