I know that this is asked often, but different people always have different opinions on what is good. I am looking for a new pre-workout that is light on caffeine or that is caffeine free. I would prefer something with 100mg or less since I am trying to kick the habit. My blood pressure was nearing pre-hypertension and I cannot afford to be pushing any type of cardiovascular limits with my family's history of high BP.

Hey maxwell I was researching this as well, I am still waiting on opinions but I found these pre-workouts to be the most effective:
EVP (most natural and stim free pre workout) this one is a bit expensive though
Magnum Opus
Peak Perform
Also I researched the actual ingredients in the pre workouts and it seems like pure carnosyn is a great single ingredient pre workout.

Amino Energy from ON might be a good option, each scoop is 50 mg caffeine and so you could easily do 50/100/150 if you wanted to try different amounts. Tastes good and the amino content could be helpful, although it does not contain anything else that would help your workout in terms of focus/pump/etc.

I actually just posted a pre workout comparison chart, grouping all pre workout ingredients so you can easily scan through the pre workouts, whether through pro's/cons, or through stim-free/light: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...post1325397641

I'm can't handle stimulants to save my life and I usually use stim free PWO's.
Stim free PWO's I can recommend are I-force Hemavol, Controlled Labs White Pump and ANS Dilate...
The only PWO with stims I've found manageable is Arnold Iron Pump. It was good for pumps and energy. It's especially good for people sensitive to stims as I found it's just the right amount of caffeine. It's good value for money as well in comparison to others...My farts hospitalise small children...

Hmmm.
I would talk to your doctor about this. I know that a lot of doctors aren't well-versed on sports supplements, so bring an ingredient list instead of naming supps, but I feel like there are other ingredients that may be contraindicated (or at the very least, worth being cautious about) with hypertension. For example, I think (but am not 100% sure, so don't quote me on this, talk to your doctor instead) glycerol can potentially cause increased blood pressure because of its effect on blood volume. That's an ingredient in a lot of pump products, whether as glycerol monostearate (GMS) or HydroMAX glycerol.Olympus Labs Representative

B Pump by B Built is AMAZING. Caffeine free. Great delivery system and gives one hell of a pump. I actually stack it with my stim based pre workout because it works so well.
